Strength and Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning classes utilize a mix of Crossfit method and Russian kettle bell training to unleash your inner warrior.  Your stamina, strength, and endurance will be tested and enhanced through these grueling but empowering workouts.  All Chapel Hill Gracie Jiu-Jitsu competition team members must attend at least two Strength and Conditioning classes per week. The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle!
