Flexibility and core strength are two very important attributes for a martial artist to posses. Your Yoga training at Chapel Hill Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is designed with your needs as a martial artist in mind. The classes are held early in the morning while the dojo is quiet and it is a powerful way to kick off your day. All of the Yoga sessions are run by John Acree, an accredited instructor and dedicated martial arts practitioner.
