We are the Triangle's Premier Jiu-jitsu Academy. We teach Gracie (Brazilian) Jiu-jitsu, a martial art that teaches practical self defense techniques that allow you to use leverage and superior positioning to overcome an opponent.
We are proud members of Team ROC (reality of combat), one of North Carolina's most successful MMA and sport Jiu-jitsu competition teams. You will get to train with a group of dedicated martial artists under professional instructors who will help you gain confidence dealing with self defense situations, reaching your fitness goals, and give you an outlet for competition if you desire.
Chapel Hill Gracie Jiu-jitsu is a Royce Gracie affiliate academy conveniently close to Chapel Hill, Durham, and Carrboro.
Classes are held at Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts, a world class martial arts facility designed to look like the finest dojos in Japan, giving you access to a safe, clean, and professionally managed training environment with the best equipment. We are also conveniently near to UNC and Duke and offer student discounts along with discounts for military, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, and EMTs.
