Join our new women-centered challenge. We want to support you on your self-defense and fitness goals. It takes 21-Days to build a new habit. Our Train For Life Challenge will help you with yours!
Group Classes
Unlimited classes included. Can be any combo of kickboxing, muay thai, or jiu jitsu.

Personal Training
Take one 30-minute personal training session weekly with our trainer, Ashley.
In-App Community
Build new habits, feel better and more confident in your body, and join a fun supportive community of strong women.


Cardio Kickboxing
Take unlimited kickboxing and striking classes throughout the week. Learn to throw a solid punch, be light on your feet, and have fun!

Women's Only Self Defense
Our women's only self-defense class is an opportunity for women to come together and learn how to defend their selves in situations with a larger attacker.

Jiu Jitsu for your daily life
We pride ourselves on drawing the connections between what you learn on the mat and what you face in life. Jiu jitsu is more than just a sport, it can change your life. We would like the opportunity to work with you on this journey.
